Don't even think of buying the product from belsimpel website ! Worst service you can even imagine . I ordered because my phone broke and they promised in their website to deliver it in the next two days with Redmi Tab offer. I got it after 11 days without qualifying for the promotion ! without saying that anywhere in the website

Of course they blamed for not reading the Terms and conditions before ordering ! imagine reading the terms and conditions for something that can be stated clearly in the website !

I talked to the support and they lied to me telling me "Yeah your order will be with you in the next two days !! and you ordered in the correct time you can have the Tab too"
